This program provides volunteers and interns with work placements in Community Projects, in South Africa, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Cameroon, Botswana, Tanzania, Namibia, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya and Swaziland.

This program provides students, non-students, professionals, non-professionals, families and groups with hands-on experience and helps them to see and understand more about different culture in Africa. Our volunteers and interns are placed with host families. There is an option for individual dwelling. STAESA is a community base organization, working very closely with the communities and having very strong partnership arrangements with institutions in South Africa and other African countries in a wide range of Women Development program which include Microfinance. We harness businesses ideas among women, train the women in various areas of their businesses and at the end of the training, the women are provided with start up cap[ital.
