Poppy Life Care is a United States non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is determined to educate and empower children and their parents living with children’s health issues related to spectrum disorders, development disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Our goal is to facilitate awareness and education while building innovative care programs, which we hope to accomplish alongside our local communities, its businesses and people. This is an excellent opportunity for working professionals and recent graduates who have completed their degree and are seeking to gain real world experience, or for anyone looking to make a difference in children’s lives.

Through our virtual platform, we want our coaches and therapists to meet one-on-one with clients using video chat and messaging. Coaches and therapists also provide clients with evidence-based clinical programs and self-management tools.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and improve relationships with clients, key suppliers and partners
  • Review PLC’s company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
  • Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up
  • Educate and inform clients about the PLC’s products and services and special offers
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and recommend ways to improve client satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments to ensure PLC meets client expectations
  • Oversee Client Relation Management System
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related fields.
  • 5+ years prior experience working in customer service, sales or related position
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to delegate tasks as needed
  • Ability to lead and work with a team
  • Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must understand client relationship management systems (CRM).

Time Commitment Minimum:
Flexible, 5-10 hours per week. Hours may be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Applicants able to schedule the maximum hours/duration typically gain more in-depth experience.

Our Why

We believe that we can make a real impact on children's health by implementing unique care programs that include an interdisciplinary approach to education, treatment and therapies. We also believe that care, education, and support for children and their families should be easily accessible.

Poppy Kids Educational Curriculum - we need bright minds and skills to help organize these programs, implement and promote them withing schools. The purpose of the education curriculum is to provide media such as video, children's and parents books or packages that provide guidance, promote acceptance and encourage lifestyle changes. In addition, these media outlets can be resources for parents and children alike to help them cope with daily challenges or ongoing pains.

Poppy Care Directors Program -- This program offers in-home care and support for kids with autism, ADHD, anxiety or depression. The purpose is to relieve parents of the often times demanding therapy sessions, provide an in-home "assistant" that gives parents the ease of mind that they have someone there to help them. As this program develops, there are more support systems created that we will implement.
