LEADERS NEEDED
Soldiers’ Angels, a national non-profit that is committed to supporting our military communities, is looking for a Volunteer Representative in the Birmingham VA. Are you passionate about helping our veterans? Are you looking for a major volunteering opportunity that will make a huge impact in people’s lives? Are you comfortable working in a hospital setting while interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds? Then this volunteering opportunity may be for you!
The VA Representative will become knowledgeable about Soldiers’ Angels programs and policies while coordinating with VA staff to provide Soldiers’ Angels program support to veterans. This volunteer would work with Soldiers’ Angels staff and lead the Birmingham volunteer teams. Help us provide items to veterans by requesting goods for special events through Soldiers’ Angels. This is a key role in our efforts to support the veterans of Birmingham.
