Camp Quality GKC is a weeklong residential camping experience that will take place July 9-15, 2022. We are looking for volunteers to stay at our campground in Excelsior Springs, free of charge. We provide air conditioned motel style rooms for our lifeguards. We also will provide food. We provide a fun environment for you to get to know our staff and the community we serve which is some amazing kiddos who have or have had cancer. We ask that you be fully vaccinated. Did you know more than 260 children in Missouri are diagnosed with cancer each year? Camp Quality Greater Kansas City is not in the business of finding a cure for cancer, but we are in the business of ensuring that every child who has been diagnosed with cancer can not only have a summer camp experience, but year-round programs to enhance their quality of life and encourage quality family time.
