Encore Fellowships are for those retiring or nearing retirement wishing to transition to the nonprofit sector.
Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for a commitment of 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.
For a Bay Area nonprofit focused on providing social work and legal services to children.
Fundraising Manager needed to provide strategy for capital campaign.
Project Scope:
Develop business plans, fundraising campaigns, and marketing materials.
Stipend : $25,000 for 1000 hours, with the possibility of conversion to staff role
Work Schedule : 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location : Occasional onsite visits to the San Francisco office
