Qualifications:
Someone who will follow the Elite Mavericks coaching principles - be prepared, be a teacher, teach Maverick life values
Someone who will coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, active, and that creates a memorable experience for our athletes
Someone who will communicate effectively with other Elite Maverick staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents
Someone who will be a team player and not hesitate to help out where needed throughout the season
Responsibilities:
Coach 2 practices per week & 1 game per weekend (3-4 hour per week commitment) per team
Coach 1-3 teams per season
Lead your team at the end of season National tournament
Send weekly communications to your team parents

We have programs for youth to adults to provide skills classes, peer support groups and community support, with coaching principles, to help people move forward in their lives. We want to empower people to improve their lives and gain financial stability, among other things.
