Looking to help a child or family in need? Sign up to create much needed resource kits at home or within an organization. This is a remote volunteer project that is completed at your location and convenience. To get started, you can purchase the items on the materials list, organize a supply drive within an organization or school or purchase pre-made kits from our Amazon wish list https://a.co/0D212Qr . Materials must be in new condition. Once all of the supplies have been collected, assemble individual packages in Ziploc bags or in any type of container of your choice. CHS team members will share the pre-assembled packages based on the greatest need of the clients they serve.

This is a great opportunity to receive community service hours. There is no limit to how many hours you can receive and there is no age limit. Also, the project is a year round opportunity.

Each kit will earn you 2 hours of volunteer time. Each kit must contain a minimum of 5 items.

Once completed kits can be dropped off or mailed to CPT 1532 SW Mapp Road Palm City, FL 34990. The facility is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. For more information or for volunteer verification letter please email julie.young@chsfl.org.
