About Us:
Because I said I would is a social movement and nonprofit dedicated to the betterment of humanity through promises made and kept. We are changing lives through character development programs and volunteer projects in partnership with schools, juvenile detention centers, prisons, and communities. During the pandemic, we have dedicated our resources to COVID-19 prevention and response because that's what the world needs. It is our goal to inspire citizens to be active participants in their communities and to instill a lifelong desire to help others through volunteerism. Because I Said I Would have addressed needs such as literacy for youth, community beautification, social connectedness, food insecurity, and care for cancer patients undergoing chemo treatments, among others.
