We are a youth-led non-profit that creates a space for our peers to feel empowered and have the tools, leadership skills, and youth role models necessary to be leaders in their own community. This post is seeking people that are familiar with how to use web browsers and know how to google the answers to everything.
The following would help us:
- Knows how to use Discord and can moderate servers
- Is able to set up online accounts and manage them (Zoom or G suites for example)
- Can set up different online services or suggest services to use to make online operating easier
- Can learn or is familiar with SEO
Our volunteers (we call Advisors) help us in their areas of expertise, giving around 4 hours a month to specific functions (like listed above) for keeping the council running. Each year the council does 2 annual national-level projects, decided on by the council. We want to keep the youth doing the annual projects and not focused on the administrative/operational aspects of the council.

Description
The National Youth Bike Council puts on the Annual Youth Bike Summit, a 3-day conference that enables connects young people into the world of bicycling or bicycle advocacy and teaches life lessons through workshops. In additional to gathering youth ages 24 and under, the Council organizes bicycle programs across the US to improve the mental health of young individuals through increasing the amount of young people bicycling.
