- Attending regular committee meetings
- Soliciting and securing sponsorships and auction donations
- Assisting with event marketing to local business, corporations and healthcare providers
- Sharing the mission of the Arthritis Foundation
The ideal people would be willing to commit several hours each month between now and the event which will be held in late fall.
The Arthritis Foundation's Silver Celebration Gala raises awareness about the prevalence and seriousness of arthritis while securing critical funds to support our mission of conquering arthritis. Funds raised will be invested in research and advocacy efforts as well as education programs and support for the nearly 60 million Americans - adults and children - living with arthritis. The Gala brings together St. Louis’ medical and business stakeholders, as well as patients and families, for an evening of fine dining, a brief awards program and auction all in the name of finding a cure for arthritis.
