Volunteer to be an Accounting Coordinator for Carrollwood/Citrus Park area Girl Scout troops! This ongoing volunteer role would be great for someone who is good with numbers, organized, and good with managing basic finances. Much of this volunteer role can be done from home. No previous Girl Scout experience required.
In this role you will review/audit finances for volunteer led Girl Scout troops as well as the main account for this Girl Scout area (Service Unit). Tasks include tracking all Troop bank accounts, working with new Troops to establish bank accounts, working with disbanding troops to close banks accounts, assisting Troop volunteers in managing their finances, and handling any payments and bills incurred by the service unit's activities.

Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math.
