Sertoma Centre in Alsip is prepping for the annual Big Event Heroes Cook-off Fundraiser, and we need many energetic volunteers to make it a success.
The 2022 BIG Event Heroes’ Cook-off on May 14 is back at 115 Bourbon Street, in Merrionette Park this year. First-responder Chefs will prepare sample-size portions of their competing dishes. Trophies will be given out for People’s Choice and Best in all four categories: Chicken, Ribs, Chili, and Ethnic/Other.
Volunteer roles will include check-in, Spin-to-win game attendant, split-the-pot ticket sales, Chef assistant, and more.
Fundraisers are one of the most fun ways to donate your time and make a difference. Join us as an individual or come as a group!
