Description

Damaged Goods Organization has successfully relocated victims that call our 24-hour toll free hotline and bringing awareness throughout our community by hosting yearly events. We have now set a goal to bring forward the first of many battered and abused safe houses in 2023 by raise funding through our First Annual BEAUTY IN THE COCOON "It's A METAMORPHISIS AFFAIR" GALA. After hearing our community and supporter's concerns, In February 2022 we started support groups at a private location once a month for the battered and abused. We have received yearly grant funding from Walmart, Sam's Club, Stater Brothers, Costco, community leaders and supporters, with our Christmas toy giveaway for the past two years and Childrens Awareness Day for the past four years. We have been recognized and awarded certificates of appreciation for our continued efforts for making a difference in the lives of others and be the change we want to see.
