Do you love crafting the perfect pitch? Are you a press release junkie? Do you enjoy building relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, podcasters... media professionals?
If so, we'd love to connect!
Cards2Warriors Org is seeking a media relations or PR specialist to assist us in connecting to media outlets worldwide so that we can share the stories of our illness warriors, garner attention for our support programs and our Warrior Card Swap so that we can let more illness warriors know about these free resources, and entice donors that align with our mission!
Applicant should have experience (or be an enthusiast self-starter who loves researching and learning new things)... and have a current list of connections for press releases, journalists/media to pitch stories, along with the heart to help those living with chronic illness, rare disease, disability, long-COVID, and those who remain undiagnosed.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to send 100,000 cards of love + cheer to isolated illness warriors around the globe, thus providing hope and encouragement to positively affect their mental and emotional well-being as they navigate their health odyssey .
Description
Snail mail is our jam! We facilitate the sending of cards full of hope and encouragement to patients (we call them warriors;) across the USA and around the globe! We do this primarily via our cards2warriors program and the Warrior Card Swap.
Additionally, we provide virtual volunteer opportunities for employee teams, high school students across Florida, illness warriors who are seeking purpose, and kids/teens/adults who loves to color and make cards! :)
