Volunteers are at the heart of our hospice patient care team. One place you will find our volunteers is at The Jean Waddle Care Center. The Jean Waddle Care Center is a personalized care program for our patients. This program can only become a reality through dedicated, talented and professional people. Volunteers provide the support that is unique to each patient requests. Because we provided care during an intense, emotional, and crucial time, volunteers make a significant impact. Other places to volunteer are nursing homes and with in home patients. Each patient deserves our best support. Our volunteers are the best and sometimes we find that they have many other talents to share. Other ways to volunteer are in-office support, patient visits, Veteran to Veteran visits, bereavement support, special events, and special projects. If your talent is a listening ear, a smiling face, or you have the gift of sewing, we want you to be a part of something wonderful.
