We are looking for a remote Website Improvement Volunteer and are asking for a minimum of six months. This is a virtual opportunity for persons residing in theUnited States only.

Roles:

• Ensure website is improved to the latest and most cutting-edge design innovations
• Help ensure the website looks stunning on mobile
• Customize the website to meet our needs
• Install all of the key plugins for the website to be optimized for SEO, load speed, and security
• Website User Ability

We are in need of a web developer/manager who will work with our digital strategy team to revamp our website to reflect Impact Sierra Leone's past, current and future programs and activities in the most cohesive and engaging way.

Duties and Responsibilities -
1. Work with leadership to on the implementation and execution of a website improvement/development plan for Impact Sierra Leone
5. Respond to Impact Sierra Leone's emails and calls within 48 hours
6. Be prepared and on-time for meetings
7. Share and support Impact Sierra Leone's mission and core values; adhere to Impact Sierra Leone policies
8. Other duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications -
1. Excellent written communication skills
2. Passion and knowledge about child welfare, female empowerment, agriculture and education
3. Knowledge of best website practices.
4. Self-motivated
5. Ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner
6. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
