Come make a difference at Hope Clinic!
Our front desk volunteers are very often the first impression a new client will have of Hope Clinic. If you enjoy inviting people in, meeting needs and connecting people with the resources they have been seeking, this is a great way for you to get involved at Hope. Volunteers at the front desk help clients with a myriad of inquiries and referrals for all of Hope Clinic’s free services such as medical care, dental care, food programs, baby essentials, laundry services, and a variety of on-site behavioral health services. This is an ideal volunteer opportunity for anyone who would like to welcome people to Hope Clinic.
Front desk volunteers should be comfortable answering the phone and using the computer to access client profiles and make appointments. Volunteers should also be adept multi-taskers, flexible when dealing with changing circumstances, compassionate, and eager to serve.
We hope you’ll consider volunteering to help this dedicated team make lives better in our community!
