ORGANIZATION: Northwestern Medicine

Duties:

  • Serve as department mask ambassador.
  • Proactively greeting patients.
  • Rounding on patients/visitors in the waiting room.
  • Way-finding within the cancer center; walking or pushing patients in a wheelchair.
  • Keep waiting area tidy and offer refreshments to patients and guests as requested.
  • Restock refreshment supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant, professional demeanor
  • Strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
  • Minimum age = 18
Physical Activity:
  • Ability to handle wheelchair patients.
  • Ability to walk and/or sit for 4 hours.
  • Masking is optional.

2 Shifts

  • 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM
