Family Programs, Events and Festivals

Volunteers can assist with storybook readings, drop-in kids’ classes, and weekend craft
stations. The Garden also hosts family festivals, concerts, evening cocktail parties, and
other events throughout the year. From running activity stations to ushering and
scanning tickets, volunteers help with a variety of positions during these events.
Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts are available with no weekly commitment
required. Shift times may vary. Other positions are available as well, please email, bdelong@atlantabg.org for more information.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden Gainesville is a unique woodland setting Garden that recruits volunteers in the area of greenhouse and garden maintenance, family and youth programming, Visitor Service, Special Events, and festival and event volunteer opportunities.
