We are looking for an operations manager who can:

• Post volunteer positions
• Interview candidates
• Hire candidates
• Onboard and train new candidates
• Update notion materials
• Plan and run monthly all hands meetings
• Ensure each team member posts a weekly update on their progress
• Designing and putting out a newsletter
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Has access to a computer and internet access
• Has basic computer skills
• Good grammar is a plus!
• Visual skills are a plus!
• Communication skills are a plus!

You will help us reach a wider audience, increase funding, collect data to make sure our design works for the people, and help raise public awareness about these problem spaces and our solution.
