This is an outdoor family and pet friendly event.
We ask that volunteers bring their own water bottles, as we will provide a refilling station. Please take the weather into account and dress appropriately; sunscreen too.
It should be expected to spend time outdoors for this event. It should also be expected to interact with the public attending the event.
Food, both snacks and a lunch (meal) will be provided to volunteers.
