The Repair Program helps provide home preservations to alleviate safety issues and restore the appearance of home exteriors. The repair program works diligently alongside all ABQ homeowners with a focus on repairs that improve the quality of life and keeping low-income senior homeowners safe. A brief list of description exterior repairs include but not limited to:
Fence repair, painting, staining and sanding, minor weatherization, caulking, pane replacement, landscaping, exterior yard work such as, raking leaving, leveling dirt, gravel, trimming scrubs, and bushes. Trash removal.

Description
Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical, Christian housing organization. We work in partnership with people in need to build decent, affordable housing. Our vision is that no one in the Greater Albuquerque area will live in substandard housing. Since 1987, we have built more than 177 homes in the Albuquerque area, all of which we could not have done without the generosity of hundreds of volunteers every year. Volunteers are needed to help with everything from construction to office to ReStore assignments.
