Our organization is in its early stage of development. As such, volunteer support to implement our sustainable fundraising strategy is critical at this time. You will work with guidance from an expert fundraising specialist as well as distinguished members of our Board of Directors, and our CEO, to research potential donors using a specific process.

At the start of the internship, you will receive training in our special discovery and outreach process, and then the CEO, volunteers and BOD will meet with you regularly to support you through out the internship or volunteer position. You will be instructed in how use grants databases and independent research in the most strategic way, to help us quickly identify a steady stream of prospects. You will then be instructed in how best to reach out to potential donors on our behalf, connecting with leads, and then developing customized content to send out in Letters of Interest and/or basic grant applications.

We have a Salesforce CRM database management system in which you will enter information about potential donors that you uncover, as well as update with the results of your outreach efforts. We will set monthly outreach targets, and strive to meet our target outreach goals for 2022 which are realistic, but will take consistent nurturing and attention.

We are looking for a team of extremely competent and passionate interns to help us in this important endeavor.

Mission Statement

Regenerate Earth; Empower Women. Working in partnership with local people, we halt deforestation, accelerate planetary regeneration, and empower women and indigenous farmers, by supporting and scaling adoption of Regeneration Hubs.

Description

Regenerative Farms, Inc. is a U.S. based 501 c3 not-for-profit organization. We accelerate the scaling of regenerative agriculture by incubating adoption of Regeneration Hubs, an innovative model designed to halt deforestation, incentivize tree planting, and empower women & indigenous farmers.

The Regeneration Hub, a unique and powerful forest protection solution, was designed by an orangutan conservationist to permanently uplift the rural poor so they don't need to cut down trees to survive and feed their children. RF's Regeneration Hub model revolves around an innovatively designed value-added food processing center that not only helps farmers earn better incomes from their crops through specialized processing, but our Hub micro-factories also produce other things rural families really need, like clean drinking water, low cost sustainable energy, food security, livestock feed, and affordable organic crop amendments. Hubs create lasting incentives that halt deforestation, and offer sustainable livelihoods that speed up the adoption of regenerative farming methods.
