Hendersonville Theatre loves its volunteers! Volunteers come from all facets of the community - from retirees to working adults to college students to junior volunteers. All have something in common: They enjoy giving back to their community and making Hendersonville Theatre a better place.
We need your help to:
- Take calls and sell show tickets over the counter to theatre patrons.
- Make out-bound sales calls (script provided) focused on targeted groups for group sales promotions and prospective sponsors.
- Maintain records of all customers and prospects by utilizing CRM tool provided.
- Be a positive brand ambassador and represent the theatre and our partners in a professional manner at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and care to all customers and prospects.
- Ability to work proactively, multi-task, a self-starter.
- Ability to work from home.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) a must. We need someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Open to using new technology.
- Prior phone sales experience helpful, but not required.

ESTABLISHED IN 1966
Hendersonville Theatre was born in January 1966 when a small group of theater enthusiasts met to organize a new theater group.
