Serve as a translator and interpreter for our clients. This individual will work closely with our immigration team.
Duties:
- Translate for client and legal team
- Translate documents
- Check for understanding and comprehension
- Client intake, form preparation
- Other duties as needed
- Must present a professional appearance and welcoming manner
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Be courteous and personable when dealing with clients
- Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of CSS volunteers, staff and clients
