We have a unique way to impact our patients and it's by a click of your thumb!
Holding Hands is a program where you are assigned to a one-time visit with our patient and their caregivers to capture all of them holding hands. Then once you take the photo with your smart device, we are able to print the photo, frame it and you get to deliver it to the family as a lasting memento of their life and love together.
