ORGANIZATION: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

This posting is for volunteers to assist in the visitor center, provide education and water safety information, and assist with water safety programs and events. Additional duties include light administrative tasks, answering phones and restocking brochures.


A second positing is open for campgrounds and day use volunteers that include, open/close gates, greet and check campers in/out, print daily incoming reports, post reservation signs and conduct routine park inspections ensuring rules/policy compliance. Report any park issues to on duty Rangers. CG cleaning positions available: clean campsites, bathrooms and the park. Day Use Hosts to operate the gatehouse and welcome visitors. Full-hookup sites, picnic table, grills and firepit. Laundry facilities available at campgrounds and volunteer village.
