As the Marketing Director you will convey our values of service, integrity, quality, and personal growth to the people of the world who are tired of standing on the sidelines as this global tragedy sweeps through our communities.

Your Responsibilities

At ArdenVent, the marketing team executes promotion and advertising to build brand awareness, raise donations, and drive sales. The Director is an experienced leader who can distill executive objectives into an actionable marketing plan, and then motivate the team to fulfill that plan by designing campaigns and measuring KPIs. You will be valued for your consistent and effective leadership. Your expertise in marketing will allow you to build, develop, and guide your team to create an effective marketing strategy from the ground up. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will work closely with the fundraising and sales teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams in marketing, advertising, sales, or fundraising

• Demonstrated success in writing a marketing plan that supports a product roadmap

• Self-starter - able to identify gaps in capabilities and take the initiative to close the gap

• Ability to effectively segment the global market into cohesive, high value targets
