One Point Hospice is looking for a few volunteers to help serve coffee and breakfast pastries/muffins to the Residents of Remarkable Healthcare Prestonwood. The facility has its own closed off little bistro and is a perfect opportunity to serve some of the most vulnerable in the community.
We are looking to staff this 2 days during the week (ideally Tuesday and Friday) from 9am-12pm. Hospice training is included via video training portals with accompanying quizzes prior to beginning. We welcome students who are seeking volunteer opportunities as well.
Those under the age of 18 are welcome to volunteer, but parent/guardian permission is required.
**Due to Medicare guidelines, all volunteers must either show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or provide a medical/religious exemption. We can provide these forms to you via email. Vaccination is not a requirement, but having an exemption on file is.**

MaxServe Hospice is based in Dallas and Fort Worth, and is known for its compassionate Hospice related care. MaxServe Hospice provides Hospice Care to patients in Homes, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our care is centered not only on the patient, but also on the individual family and family members who are walking the journey with their loves one(s). Our office is in Dallas, but we provide service to the greater Dallas/Fort Worth/Sherman area and surrounding areas.
