Assistance is currently needed at Bridge Hospice in Ontario.
Volunteer Opportunities include:
* Putting together admission binders for new patients and their families
* Assisting with "Welcome" packages for patients
*Seasonal crafting/gifts for patients
* Copies as needed
Must be 18 years of age.
Two forms of government identification required.
Commit to 2-4 hours a month for a minimum of 3 months

Description
The Bridge Hospice team is trained to manage all symptoms especially related to end-stage illnessess, including pain, wound, and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's nutritional safety and concerns. With an interdisicplinary approach, Bridge Hospice's team cares for the patient as if they were part of our family with total respect for all physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
