In need of adult volunteers to provide a mentoring relationship to children in the community facing adversity. Volunteers should be willing to commit to 2 meetings per month with their "Little" brother/sister. Launching new programs to 1) help teenagers with their career or college plans and 2) mentor at risk youth. Volunteers from all backgrounds welcome and needed.

The mission of The Volunteer Center of Randolph County is to mobilize volunteers to address community needs and to strengthen the capacity of local organizations to involve volunteers effectively.
Description
The center is a comprehensive resource center for volunteers and programs that utilize the services of volunteers. The center will recruit and refer volunteers and help agencies effectively orient, train, retain, recognize and evaluate volunteers.
