Hey, my name is Alysha Huffman and I am the Volunteer Coordinator at Pruitthealth Hospice. We serve 22 different counties across central/western North Carolina so no matter where you are, you can still help! We are looking for volunteers to work directly with patients or doing office/administrative work. Volunteers perform many important duties, whether providing companionship in a patient’s home, greeting guests at an inpatient center, assisting with special events, or handling other meaningful tasks - volunteers play a vital role that enables the hospice to more fully meet the community’s needs. Get involved and bring joy to the seniors in your community today! I can be reached by text or call at 704-903-3353. We're open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00. I look forward to hearing from you :)
