The foundation is engaged in creating livelihood opportunities for women in rural areas and empowering youths by enhancing employability, entrepreneurial ability, and experiential learning. Responsibilities

1. Create the necessary communication material

2. Create a database of universities & reach out to them

3. Reach out to students eligible for research fellowship

3. Interact with the "collective energy" artisans and assist them in the auctioning of their artwork

4. Work on fundraising
