Our mission is to honor life by providing Peace, Hope and Compassion to those we serve.
Crafting with Compassion
Community Hospice of Columbiana County needs your talent and heart to help better serve our patients and families! We are searching for crafters, artists, tailors, and seamstresses to help make a difference in our community. Your commitment can be a one-time project or ongoing outreach and is perfect for individuals or groups.
Possible project ideas include....
· Fleece no-sew blankets
· Memory bears, pillows, or ornaments
· Quilts honoring our Veterans
· Walker or hospital bed bags
· Encouraging Signs and Posters
· Handmade cards
Community Hospice volunteers are an essential part of our hospice team. Our trained volunteers provide much needed support serving our patients and families wherever they are in their journey.
Volunteers do not need to live in the Columbiana County area but must be able to deliver their donations to the Salem office.

Description
Our Legacy: Community Hospice has local roots in every county we serve. We are an organization that was started by the community to serve the community. As one of the most respected non-profit hospice programs in teh state, Community Hospice has served our community for 30 years and served more than 10,000 patients and families.
Over the years we have expanded our service area and added satellite offices as well as a Hospice House to better serve our patients and families. We currently have offices in Tuscarawas, Stark, Carroll, Columbiana and Coshocton counties with our Hospice House located in New Philadelphia.
Our Doctors, nurses and other key staff members work with physicians throughout the community to provide exceptional care to patients. Community Hospice is a health care provider with 200 employees and over 550 volunteers... all dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate serive to seriously ill people and those who love them.
