Fort Point Artists Community is seeking an individual with experience in grant writing. The general duties of this position include: developing and writing grant proposals and letters of inquiry, assembling and submitting grant requests in a timely manner, and individually researching and identifying grant opportunities and prospects. The volunteer should have access to a personal computer and will work remotely, occasionally reporting to and meeting with the Executive Director.

What we do:

Advocate for affordable studio space for artists throughout Boston

Provide local artists venues for all visual media

Facilitate conversation and engagement with contemporary culture through exhibitions and lectures

Lend and commission art and provide corporate art consulting services throughout Boston

Fund and facilitate Public Art in Fort Point

Host Boston's original Open Studios event
