Creative Director/Design Team Lead - Protecting Kids Online

We are DEFEND, a volunteer-run nonprofit looking to reduce risks for children and vulnerable people online.

We are looking for a creative director/team lead for our project 65square - it's a social media app where everyone will be verified (among a ton of other great healthier social media features).

This creative director will consult and lead a team of approx 12 volunteers (UI/UX designers, music/sound designers, graphics artists, wellness experts & concept artists) nearly weekly (45 minute meetings). Must have experience leading before. Must have software development experience or creative direction in your background.

You will help prep for the team meetings, so helping to create meeting agendas & reviewing meeting minutes (with our admin assistants), oversee progress of team members, give constructive feedback, work through issues of team members, etc. May consult with other teams (Unity or Back end developers) - budget may allow for 2-4 hours per week with the potential to increase as we get closer to launch or beyond.
