ORGANIZATION: Rivercross Healthcare

Rivecross Hospice provides whole person, supportive, quality care to patients all throughout NE Oklahoma for terminally ill patients. Earn valuable experience for your resume supporting our Hospice Staff.

Available Opportunities:

Administrative Volunteers work in one of our healthcare offices doing clerical work like assembling packets, answering phones, data entry or supporting our care teams.

Special Projects Volunteercan use their creative skills to bring a smile to our patients. Some projects include making Valentines for the Veterans on our service, Memory Bears for a Bereaved family member, or delivering flowers to our patients.

Bereavement Volunteersprovide emotional and spiritual support to families who have lost a loved one. Interns/Volunteers help prepare monthly mailings, sympathy cards, input data entry, etc.

Rivercross Healthcare provides services for terminally ill patients all throughout Eastern Oklahoma. We are dedicated to providing services for our patient's mind, body, and soul. We do this by providing a multitude of services from the Interdisciplinary Team that consists of Volunteers. Our Volunteers have a compassionate, caring heart that provides distraction, compassion, and a listening ear for our patients and families as well as our staff.
