This position is for someone who strongly believes in our mission and wants to gain experience. As we are a growing nonprofit, we do not offer pay or benefits nor have any plans to provide that in the future. It is entirely volunteer, but we are looking for someone who can commit several years and grow with the company. You will be given an official Natural Dividends email, be required to attend board meetings, weekly meetings with the founders, and contribute at least 40 hrs a month to building our social media presence. This position is for someone who wants to operate as one of the faces of the company.

This job description is authentic and comes from a place of truth about where the company stands. You will not have any support or team members working under you and will be responsible for completing all the work yourself. At this point, there are no funds or budget for marketing. Expect to get creative with having things paid for, like requesting materials or services to be donated. If you are not used to operating lean, then this is most likely not for you. You will be helping to create fundraising campaigns to gain capital to have a budget for marketing.

Some of the responsibilities of the Cheif Marketing Officer include:

We are looking for someone to manage our social media accounts and grow our following and community. Must have experience in creating content for the channels below. We want to make our presence cohesive on all social media channels and post weekly.

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Medium, Causes, Eventbrite, Pinterest, Flicker, YouTube, Snapchat, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Google Business

We have received a monthly grant of $10,000 in Google Ads credits, and you will be responsible for creating and running ad campaigns that align with our Misson to drive traffic to our fundraising platforms. Must have experience with Google Ads or a strong desire to learn how to use the platform. If you have never used Google Ads, it will take several hours of reviewing courses to learn how to use and effectively create ad campaigns that drive results.

• The PayPal Giving Fund, Facebook Fundraising, Instagram Fundraising, GoFundMe, Fundly, Amazon Smile

We must also manage profiles on specific nonprofit channels and cohesively present ourselves.

• Guidestar, Tiltify, Benevity, Give Lively

We use Google Analytics and the Google Marketing Platform to manage our website traffic so you. We create our marketing content in Canva and our website with Google Sites, so you must have experience or the desire to learn how to use it.
