CSA is seeking bilingual volunteers (Spanis and Mandarin urgently needed) to help translate for clients in making calls to agencies and following up on any needed services (such as phone companies, etc.) or filling out forms where basic information is needed (such as applications for an apartment complex).
Any situation where a client just needs simple translation and does not need case management guidance would be a great opportunity for a volunteer to help.
The schedule would be extremely flexible and based on volunteer availability but in general, would be around one hour a week between the hours of 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.
