Recruiting Organization: Take Trips MES (mentally, emotionally and spiritually)

Our strategy advisor would support our mission and bring relevant experience to this role. We’re looking for a more experienced candidate to support establishing not for profit initiatives and drive funding/donations. The ideal candidate would advise and provide support to executive Director and board members regarding programs that benefit a small nonprofit as well as programs that do not. A strong pulse on what is going on within the non-profit sector and how we can edit our program to be as beneficial as possible to those we aim to serve. The advisor should have strong communication skills to address concerns or receive feedback from our Board of Directors, including our Executive Director, with regards to TTMES offering a variety of programs.

Ideal pre-requisites: non-profit/volunteer experience to establish connections in the industry and expand network, current pulse on industry initiatives and how to acquire participation

Skill set development: entrepreneurship mindset, delegation to staff/team members to acquire leadership skills at the executive level

Key metrics: growth/exposure within non-profit sector, network connections and outreach, donation management, donation letter development, communication consistency
