Make a seniors birthday by helping them celebrate!!

Pack a birthday surprise for a senior from the comforts of your own home.

Once you sign up, please move forward with packing your birthday surprise. You are more than welcome to make a birthday surprise for more than one senior. Surprises should be made in a gift bag or open top storage tote or basket and can include all or a portion of items such as birthday hat, birthday card, birthday sash or button, noisemakers, travel size tissue packs, chip clips, notepad/pen, lotion, sanitizer and a prepackaged treat.

When complete, they can be dropped of at Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY, 2091 Radcliff Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45204 Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm.

Don't forget a bow or ribbon to complete the surprise!!

To foster and support seniors who seek to stay in their homes as long as possible through the provision of essential home-based services.

Description

Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY provides Meals-On-Wheels, medical and specialized transportation, and independent living assistance services to seniors and disabled individuals in Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Our programs also include Pet Portions, which provides free food to our clients cats and dogs, and PetKare, which provides clients with vouchers to be used at local select veterinary facilities for their pet's care. Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY also partners with more than 60 WesleyLinks churches to help seniors in their congregations secure information and services that will help them stay in their homes as long as possible.
