Volunteers have the opportunity for involvement in a wide variety of fields with numerous positions available. Ultimately, our organization will function primarily as something of a non-profit record label, whereby we invest in the future success of artists & musicians who deserve the support. Beyond supporting individuals, we aim to effect change at the community-level by supporting music & art education and donating the supplies needed to educate the next generation of creatives.

By making the decision to volunteer for Ends Meet, individuals will have the opportunity to engage in the development of our organization at the foundational level, and develop a unique perspective on the non-profit sector and the future of charitable organizations.

The majority of our founding staff is comprised of students and recent graduates that are seeking a career in the music industry. In fact, like myself, most of our members began helping the organization as part of the Recording Academy's Grammy U student program, aimed at providing mentorships and opportunities to study the music industry at a professional level. Likewise, this position is extremely relevant to those interested in a career in Record Label Operations, Music Business, A&R, Music Journalism, Arts Advocacy, and so many more!

Our mission is to support the development of careers in art & music, and in helping others, our volunteers will undoubtedly gain experience that can be applied beyond the non-profit sector.
