The Longest Day is the day with the most light - the summer solstice. On and leading up to June 21st, thousands of participants across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Running, walking, hiking, biking, dancing, yoga, martial arts, and all types of fitness activities are great for The Longest Day! Let's turn your passion for fitness into a way to promote brain health and help educate the community about the 6th leading cause of death in the United States.
