Job Description : Develop and oversee webinars to teach and equip nonprofit professionals to carry out their own marketing and public relations.
Responsibilities
- Serve on the Board of Directors with a focus on strategy.
- Lead, manage, and mentor Doing Good webinar volunteers on script writing, shooting, and editing while keeping them on schedule. Webinar topics: Nonprofit marketing and public relations.
- Maintain the schedule of when webinars go live.
- Partner closely with the Creative Director and other Board Members as their volunteers partner with yours.
- Participate and vote in Board Meetings.
- Use Google Drive, Trello, and Zoom.
Board Member Requirements
- All Doing Good board members are asked to live in Tennessee.
- Passion for, understanding of and experienced in webinars.
- Think strategically as a board member and be hands-on with the committee.
- Donate to Doing Good.
- Participate in Board Meetings.
- Participate in Doing Good events.
- Nominate annually at least 1 Featured Volunteer.
- Participate in Board votes online and offline.
- Think strategically as a board member and be hands-on with the committee.
Time Involved: Approximately 5 hours/month.
