Job Description : Develop and oversee webinars to teach and equip nonprofit professionals to carry out their own marketing and public relations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve on the Board of Directors with a focus on strategy.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor Doing Good webinar volunteers on script writing, shooting, and editing while keeping them on schedule. Webinar topics: Nonprofit marketing and public relations.
  • Maintain the schedule of when webinars go live.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director and other Board Members as their volunteers partner with yours.
  • Participate and vote in Board Meetings.
  • Use Google Drive, Trello, and Zoom.

Board Member Requirements

  • All Doing Good board members are asked to live in Tennessee.
  • Passion for, understanding of and experienced in webinars.
  • Think strategically as a board member and be hands-on with the committee.
  • Donate to Doing Good.
  • Participate in Board Meetings.
  • Participate in Doing Good events.
  • Nominate annually at least 1 Featured Volunteer.
  • Participate in Board votes online and offline.
  • Think strategically as a board member and be hands-on with the committee.


Time Involved:
Approximately 5 hours/month.
