Aiducation International is an efficiently run charity because we focus on education and we have leveraged professionals as volunteers since our founding in Kenya, in 2007. Around the globe, we are run by an impressive network of professionals, some having worked for free with Aiducation since the beginning in 2007 and some volunteer as new recruits. Most impressive of all, our Kenyan Chapter is now run by volunteers who at one point received one of our high school scholarships! Check out our global team here:

Education is the strongest lever for personal development, and capable, active citizen are the strongest lever for long-term, sustainable change. Together with our donors, we award merit based scholarships to bright and motivated, financially disadvantaged students in developing countries. These 4 year scholarships cover two main areas:

Building People: With each scholarship you provide a talented student who lacks the financial means to formal education.

Building Nations:Every scholar receives mentoring, training, and coaching and becomes part of our unique network of future decision makers that will drive their country forward in an economic, political and social way.

In 2020, we created 216 new scholarships driving us to a total of 2,123 scholarships across Kenya and the Philippines since our founding in 2007. Our online Global Youth Leadership Alliance has over 1k+ active members online as a modern way to connect and engage future leaders and their community impact. We hosted 16 mentorship academies in 2019, with 8 in 2020 that were transitioned into online academies due to Covid restrictions. Our Start-Up Fund with micro-loans for our alumni has funded 22 new businesses and our new online mentoring program is in high demand. We believe in the power of education and we drive this work through an impressive volunteer network.
