We are looking for individuals to help bring a moment of sunshine into the lives of our hospice patients.
we would like you to adopt a few of our residents to check In on with a simple phone call before the weekend to wish them a Very Happy Friday and wonderful weekend and list any requests, supply needs, care needs they may have to insure they are covered and feeling secure for the Weekend.
