Do you have a professionally trained certified dog that is up to date on his shots? Is he insured? We are looking for a Pet Therapy Volunteer who will be willing to take their dog to visit our patients. Many of our patients are in nursing facilities and have had to give their pets up. That is very hard on them. You would give them so much comfort by bringing your dog to see them. Do you have a miniature horse that is up to date on his vaccines and insured? Imagine being a patient in a nursing facility and having a horse come and visit them. The joy you would bring to their day is inexpressible.
