Bereavement Volunteer

ORGANIZATION: Terrace Hospice

The first year after anyone dies it hard on the loved ones. They have to go through all the firsts (birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Thanksgiving and any other special days) without that loved one. The Bereavement Volunteer will either visit the loved one in person or contact them over the phone during that first year so they know they are not alone and someone cares.
