During our 13 week program, mentees and mentors come together as a cohort to focus on different skills related to the job search and application process (resume writing, networking, interviewing). Volunteers support their mentee in developing these skills and the confidence to secure and maintain employment. Our program is highly structured so each week you'll have the resources and tools needed to support your mentee!
As a StreetWise Partners volunteer, you have the opportunity to use the skills and know-how that you already have to truly transform a person’s life. Partner with us to make a difference while building your own professional network while developing critical leadership, management, and coaching skills!

Description
StreetWise Partners pairs volunteers with mentees who are unemployed or underemployed to provide them with the skills, resources and access to networks they need to secure and maintain employment.
Our unique mentorship program has a proven success rate, with 70% of mentees employed within one year, and another 20% pursuing advanced training.
