You can make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families We are looking for those special and wonder folks who would like to serve as Companion Volunteers, to visit our patients and provide some joyful comfort to them and their families. Volunteering for hospice is one of the most fulfilling ways to positively impact a person's life, and the blessings come back to you as well!
Patient visits are enjoyable, too, because they provide you some great one-on-one time with a person who truly appreciates you and looks forward to every visit! Again, please contact us NOW!

Kindful Hospice serves older adults, the chronically ill, the seriously ill, and their families. Seriously ill patients and their families are always the center of our focus. Volunteers are a key and necessary part of hospice care, providing companionship, utilizing their talents in ways they feel most comfortable and within time frames that work well for each of them. People who volunteer truly give from the heart, and they are purpose driven, successful individuals. Serving as a hospice volunteer can certainly be one of the most meaningful experiences a person can have. Please join our team! Kindful has offices across Oklahoma, and our focus in the Western Region includes Chickasha, Marlow, Duncan, Lawton, and everything in between - we need volunteers in all of these areas to touch the lives of our patients and bring them joy.

- We are flexible, in that we want your volunteering to fit your particular schedule, for instance, once or twice a month is great! Any additional hours you can offer are appreciated!
- TB Test is required. Periodic COVID testing may be done. Vaccines for Influenza (Flu) and Hepatitis-B are optional. All are provided by Kindful Hospice. If the volunteer has already had any of these vaccines, we would require a copy.
